Syntel has decided to fire 6000 in the month of April. No one knows the exact reason behind why Syntel is acting in such a way. Poor company targeting to reach 1 million dollars company from 2009. Now today even in 2015 they are not able to reach this target found only option to reach 1 million dollar mark only by firing the resources.

No one knows the criteria on which bases the a resource is fired. HR walks to the resource desk and say that today is your last working day.

When resource ask for an explanation the response he got was this is confidential we cant tell you. Mean you are getting sued and the reason for that is so called Confidential Very funny. It doesn't matter how critical you are, How much work you have done in the past,even if you have your H1B stamped or you are nominated for H1B(where most of the applications were not sent this year due to downloadbesttorrentblog.ru) no matter who you are you can be part of downloadbesttorrentblog.ru. Be ready for that.

I saw most of my friends been fired in the last two weeks and the count is still on, One way i feel very bad for the, All this days they have done a lot for Syntel and in return Syntel have given a beautiful gift for them for its successful completion of 35 years and the other way i feel they are lucky,Now the people who are fired may be jobless for maximum 1 month and definitely they would be in a better position after 6 months, Thinking thanks to Syntel for firing me on that day. And Syntel will be in the same positing again trying to reach 1 million dollar brand which would never happen

The problem with the Syntel is the management. We have people in higher level who are in Syntel for 10 to 15 years who does nothing but just take salary on time with high package and dump there work on their lower resources. Most of the projects moved out of Syntel Because of the poor Management. Finally when call comes saying we will have to fire 6000 resources we see only people who are of 1 to 5 years experience resources are targeted. I saw people people who got fired who has just joined in Syntel. When your Moto is to fire why do you hire Syntel. When Syntel is not able to show a project for them they would definitely be on bench. Resources being on bench is not a resource problem but the organization problem as they are not able to find a project for them.

And now i see all the resources in the company including me have started uploading there resumes in the Job portals and obviously the new ones would never prefer to join Syntel.

After 6 months Syntel would definitely be in need or resource and they will end up hiring resources who are not worst. Then as rumors are already in place that Syntel is planning to sell it off, that would become true.

Well lets see how things go in the future days. Hope best for all the people who were part of downloadbesttorrentblog.ru and who are still suffering in Syntel

Worst management... For E-20 rating resources Syntel gave 6% hike and for E-30 rating resources they gave 4% hike and for E-45 rating resources they gave 2% hike and for some resources 0% hike....Thank god they are not reducing the salary from Tue CTC..In future they might do this one also.

Abhishek pandey, tumhara mooh Kala is liye karna chahiye kyunki tumhare domain se max freshers nikle h.. U played with some really innocent beginners. You could have chosen more experienced guys who just sit and relax for 9 exact hours. In banking manufacturing and healthcare very less freshers were fired.

Now all the employees in Syntel are afraiding at any movement anything can happen.No peace for employees.The worst thing is the Syntel layed off many campus hires (Trainee's) who have not even completed 1 year they just completed 4-6 months...the Syntel shattered their dreams and now big question for their future... Hope god will guide them in god way to get job in some other company..If Experience resources try hardly they can get job in one month but that is not in the cafe with Trainee's . The freshers who are willing to join Syntel. If you don't have any option, no other offer other then Syntel then you can give a try. But always be prepared,you may be out of the organization any time. I could see only 3-4% of the freshers who are benefited by syntel. Dont expect anything from Syntel. If you expect to get anything from Syntel is your foolishness. Gain experience till your bond completes which is 2 years, With out any second thought just switch the company. You would have bright future.

If you stay in Syntel for 4-5 years then your would be a unfit product in the IT field. In that case you will have to do so much of manual work in order to get job,

Terminate Rakesh khanna and Nitin Rakesh so that those who are survived for now will be able to concentrate on their work. Rakesh khanna should try politics very good in talking n making good time pass, not sure what he contributed so far for Syntel.

I resigned from Syntel some 8 months ago during my notice period my manager and even my DD to whom I never meet in my whole span of 4 years was asking me to take my resignation back even I was shortlisted for H1N1 but thanks god I remain firm on my decision. When I got mail for opening in Syntel some 5 years ago it was mentioned in the mail that I will get to work on utmost top technology in the market but when I joined it was only a dream for nearly 4 years until I resign . One thing I observed over these years is that they don't have any affection withvresource they want only billing . it doesn't matter for them on which technology resource is working they want only billing of your presence on the desk and also after my resignation they didn't inform the client.

I heard from my friends that nearly for one month they didn't inform client and takes my billing.... What a bullshit this....

I just completed my 1 year in syntel and I got to know from HR That I will have to resign and so I resigned. Don't know how to express my feelings . 1 year before I gave priority to syntel over a giant Indian IT compny,thought that i will get better opportunity in syntel as head count is less. But never got opportunity to learn. Its total waste to join syntel. M feeling sorry for those who r still there in syntel coz whether its 2-3 or 4 years in syntel u won't be able to learn anything but to become a politician.

Thanks to syntel for firing me.at least now onwards I will try to do sme creative work rather than wasting my time in syntel.
