its inadmissible in the court of law. Beat'em up so nobody knows and so bad that can never have erection. The environment there is stinky and corrupt aas such the measures are limited.
This is what yall need to do, everytime you have a conversation with your manager record him/her. Voice and video if you can. That's what I have been doing since I find out about their games. I have a nice collection of videos and voice recording. Once I get fired or layoff I will take my collection to the court. Schlumberger will be on the news. Everything is well documented. I know many Co workers who are doing the same thing.
The 1st thing that they were supposed to do is to catch and layoff those MF backhanders that use their management positions to force and take bribes, all of them starting from office supervisors up Sr VPs and maybe even higher incl. f. HR. The fact they don't do that is because they all do that.

I agree and support the previous comment. Disgraceful management and HR! I still work there but they are really disgusting and sanken in the shit of favoritism and bribery . And a bunch of these Indian people in Houston kissing butts or every manager in the offices! I forget that I live in the US when I see all this shit. This is what the SLB real face is and the corporate culture that they promote.
Ethic line in SLB is a really joke ...a lot of employees don't believe in Ethic line or are scare to use it as they see a lot of things left unpunished
I know 2 employees that wrote an ethic report as an employee almost died ..Due to a Manager decision
One of them received a phone call.....We are taking care and investigate ..
And that's it ..no question, no investigation, on interview ...No review Nothing ...
Too many policies not respected by N1 .. and N1 = the guy that will fire you at the first occasion or sack you by D at the end of the year

Is there really anything that can be called Ethics line? Such a bloody nonsense as for instance advertizing a water entertainment park amid the Sahara desert. for Most of the managers mid and high=level in hOUSTON the only ethics in the title and the position within the company nothing more according to which you are treated!
You need to learn from the MI SWACO managers in Houston, especially those from the UK. Don't know about promotions but a $10K backhanding can save your job for a year.

This is an oxymoron. SLB cannot have an ethics line. It is like matter and antimatter colliding. Cannot exist.
It is a joke or lie. They don't investigate nothing but safety claims, and those only to protect the company. Some folks called them about the racists in MI SWACO central office, and later they were laid off for complaining. The initials of these racists are in the posts below. The racists are there and doing very well.
