Anyone out there have any insight into how ISGS will end up? Sale or spinoff? Rumors or insight into potential buyers? End of year is approaching quickly and still no word from anyone.

Feb 2016 =SpinCo. Massive EBS layoffs at Corp HQ.
Some will go to MST, some will go to Space Co, some will be spun off. But I thought they said they'd make an announcement of some kind before the end of the year.
A lot of private equity companies can stump up that money
Reuters article on Reverse Trust...
A look at the environment for companies today suggests a Spinoff instead of a sell. Really what company can cough up a cool 6 billion for the acquisition of the ISGS business unit.
Lockheed would also be stupid to sell off ISGS vice a spin, because divorced from the excessive overhead rates ISGS will become competitive again. The problem is that the corporation as a whole is totally bloated and set to manufacture items instead of being a serviced based organization. Corporate flowdowns are killing ISGS, so being out from under them should help ISGS win contracts.
Rumor is also that they'll look to do a reverse morris trust to merge ISGS with another company and avoid some tax burdens...
My money is on a spinoff instead of a sale.
Silence. This is super guarded info, you'd be able to majorly move stock up or down with a leak like this
I heard 2016
