Our pin pad at my pharmacy has a one time question asking patients "do you want to continue receiving this service of getting notifications about their prescriptions". With the options" yes, no, later ". And when they hit NO there's a confirmation screen that basically says " are you sure you wanna discontinue ". Those buttons matter I guess. Our store has had so many "no"selections my rxm got an email from higher up telling her to tell us we have make patients click yes.. Like are you serious!! If you want them to select yes then WHY give the option!? That makes no sense. Anyone else going through this bs?
