Thread regarding Honeywell International Inc. layoffs

Bonus pay at Honeywell

Still not an accurate picture of who gets bonus pay in Honeywell. Only senior level engineers, Program Managers and people who have direct reports get bonus pay. There are many highly experienced people in Tier 1 up to Senior Planners, Senior Buyers, Project & Program Managers, highly skilled Technicians - some who have been at Honeywell for 15+ years who do not get bonus pay, 2-4% raises (when they are not cut altogether) and face much higher healthcare expenses.

These are also the people getting caught up in the RIF - decades of experience being cut (lost) and not replaced.

One massive trend I have seen first-hand too - HON swoops in and buys a company and within 3-4 years upwards of 50% of the original employees leave.

I just say a lady whose Dad started at a company, got her an internship which translated into full time work and she went all the way to a senior management position leave with 1 week notice because she could not take the HOS garbage which replaced a management system which had worked perfectly for decades.

I'm band 4 manager at Phoenix, AZ with a 10% bonus baseline. 10 days ago Honeywell told me and others it was cut to 5%. 3 days later, Honeywell conducted a market based analysis and gave my 16 direct reports, Band 2 NES, a salary adjustment. 2 days later, T. Mahoney announced downloadbesttorrentblog.rus.

Hey Mahoney, good luck getting a high level performance from your remaining Engines staff. We have highly tenured staff that perform at very high levels with 30+ years experience who regularly sacrifice family life to keep our site alive. Now, anxiety and depression has set-in and caused dismay. Next time Cote states "employees are our key differentiators", everyone will say "whatever" again.

For reference, your remaining staff has made it through 10+ layoffs that started in the 1990's; we are not slackers. And, if I could locate a different company with good pay and benefits, I would leave today and not show up for work tomorrow.

Sincerely,

31 year tenured employee
