Starting tomorrow Rscs will be encouraged to help customers preorder the Galaxy S8 on their myatt app or the website while the customer is in the store!!!! So we can't do it in opus anymore. We were told we were the 'test market.' For what? A f'ng computer taking our job? We are setting ourselves up for failure by teaching customers how to do stuff without us. If you process a preorder in opus you get in deep crap apparently. Since the sale is processed online or the app we do not get an opp. Will goals go down? Doubtful. This piece of sh$& company can eat a fat one. Soon there will be a computer placed in a store for customers to process upgrades and new lines. We are screwing ourselves by obliging this bullcrap.
