I always thought that buying a house and living in Bville was way too risky. If you loose your job in Bville it is triple whammy. First of all you are unemployed. Secondly, you have a house that has lost a lot of value and will probably not sell (or sell at a huge loss). Third, most companies will not hire somebody who is living in Bville due to relocation costs. However, there are exceptions. Loosing your job in Bville is much worse than loosing your job in a big city like Houston.
