The beast of burden, Louis Hernandez Jr, is going to be "resigning" his operational seat as Chairman and CEO in June. But the beast will remain on the Board. Okay - what is left in his wake is the recently appointed, bumbling Buffoon of a President who formerly oversaw global, failing Sales Ops and held interim Marketing supervision during periods of time when the CMOS du jour were kicked to the curb - an interim charge he admittedly despised. This used car salesman who will ultimately takeover CEO responsibilities is no better than the departing maniac. He is a more subtle dictator but that nonetheless. And he continues to grow and empower his former Grass Valley posse and entrusting them to reshape Sales and Marketing. His people. The Marketing VP he brought in from Grass is operating in a corrupt manner - hiring immediate family members as contractors to execute against million dollar events and who manipulates RFPs in her favor for personal gain. A once fabulous events team is now broken under this new management structure. Creative team all looking for their outs because they are misguided and miserable. Argumentative, so called collaboration between Marketing and Products. Field Marketing constantly complaining about lack of direction. It's a mess and about to get messier. But there is one constant - the debt is consistently worsening. Thanks LHJ, Congrats to you and Black Dragon.

Let's be real. The CEO (Louis Hernandez, Jr) belongs in prison for his corrupt cooking of the books. His former CFO compadre - John Frederick - resigned before being a deemed a disgrace (a la Nixon) to avoid the utmost persecution under the veil of a personal 'illness' (but that's not a far stretch having worked for Satan). This demonic duo has a history from their Open Solutions days. Newly deemed President of Avid is a clod and a spineless greed monger. After all, his wife loves expensive diamond rings and bling.
Ha - LHJ will sell to whichever company has female representation sporting the shortest dress
who will win the bid -Microsoft or Dolby? Bye, bye Avid.
Interesting and spot on. Rumor is that LHJ has mismanaged his pet project, primary passion and overall motivation - Black Dragon Capitol. He makes out but the investors lose. That's his game. He's really great at being a criminal.
