Pearson has been having layoffs through organizational restructuring continuously for years now. Most of it flies under the radar since they are making sure to get rid of small enough number from various departments to avoid having to issue WARN notices, but everybody working here knows this is happening, and everybody is feeling the effects of it. The only difference this time is that they seem to be out of time and have to do a big batch at once. I don't expect layoffs to stop any time soon.

How do we avoid WARN? Seriously?
Is that even possible? We are legally responsible to file a notice with the state, right?
