Express employee here. Qfc is a complete disaster. We will be losing so many customers. I take calls from just as many older customers who don't use technology, as younger folks who do. So to the customers who have been with us for 20+ years we are sticking the Qfc vendors on. Which they are a complete mess, not even contacting customers for 10 or more days. How is that fast? Plus the estimates are a joke, I've seen them be thousands of dollars off on a regular basis. Where do they get off cheating our customers like this, the real people who pay our checks?
All we do is chase numbers. "If you have the right behavior your numbers will just come together" screw your numbers allstate, I'm here to help the customers!
