There are thousands of experienced people begging for jobs and some of them are millenials. WTF is the meaning of this post!

It doesn't help when companies in this industry stop training or developing employees, stop pay rises for hard working employees that add value whilst paying dividends and ridiculous bonuses.

NOV is not alone I am sure - Is is a OEM thing ?

Most millennials have grown up having everything they wanted without learning consequences; with their parents enjoying the benefit of flexible lending and credit agreements to fulfill this.

Like most things in life, every job done well is hard; and risk will always be involved in such complex industries.

The perception of harmful, blue-collar and problem causing: I'm sure the 2/3 interviewed don't use any by product from the Oil contributing to the said problems. After all, they wouldn't want to tar their pretentious image by being seen as hypocritical.

I know this doesn't encompass all of the people in this category, but lets not be pedantic - This demographic probably holds the least value yet will control the future.

Another corporate spin for justifying unexperienced young people in positions of authority. There will always be young people available if jobs are high quality in technology, experience, and environment.

Letting proverbial teenagers run businesses before they are ready is not a solution! Particularly when complimented by good ole boys who believe arrogance=experience and math and science are not important for making decisions.
