Just as I thought, I have not been on here in almost a month do to all you sissies whining like toddlers. All you negative commenters care about are yourselves and what CHK can do for you. Cultural training will improve moral and make doing our jobs fun again if you give it a chance. Everyday you make the decision to come to work, you make a decision on your attitude, that effects everyone you work with. Just imagine the environment if everyone choose to make this day a great day and go that extra mile. People it is in your hands as the individual to change and make it all happen NOW, encourage the NEXT person you interact with, TURN this ship around and bring it in STRONG! It is what we are ABOUT, it is why we are CHK!

Wow, not sure how understanding life is not always fair and being an adult in dealing with it (not whining & complaining & stomping your feet like a two year old) came across as unethical. I was taught respect, loyalty, and pride. If at any point you find yourself without those in your world, start to stepping...and do it while holding Momma's hand. SMH

Yeah sorry i have not had the same experience either, the kool aid fountain in my building has been broke for months, cant get a PO or work order # to get the darn thing fixed. Enjoy The culture ride down the tubes, at some point CHK is going To have to focus on the basics (drill not wigs, not gps tracking, not be here now, not read this book, not strike team, not united way, not applause, not connect, not meeting after meeting. We are disconnected from the field in a bad way, those folks make it happen, instead of helping them we hamper them with all of the initiatives & Bs. This place is awesome
