I have been at Charter for a few years now. What a dung heap! Investors need to flee this sh-- pile . Zero vision and leadership from the boardroom to Tom (Cables a new thing?!) Rutledge. Cash out now, you trust-fund cable baby morons. Bingo on the mgmt. dumb as they come. I would say it is the Network -Before -Time. Charter is led by dinosaurs, old time Kablesaurass'. And the biggest jerk weed of all is none other than John Malone (Liberty Media) D_I_N_O, DO_DO head this guy put Rutledge in place to tear apart TWC. Rutedge has Managed to tank the stock like never before due to his cunning leadership and business skills. Personally picked by John (Jackass Malone) to lead their fiber/cable company into the future. as sold off (fiber islands) to the MVNO partners like Verizon, ATT, T-Mobile and Sprint (Softbank) Jeez Johnny boy what happend to the $540 Share deal Masayoshi (Sprint CEO) laid out for you? Did it go bye, bye after the Sprint, T-Mobile Merger? And what a gift from the Commander and Chief to give all your horribly run US Business conglomerates a tax break, so you can buy back more of your sh--ty company shares to pup up your failing stock due to the lack the NONE of you can deliver BECAUSE YOU DO NOT KNOW HOW TO RUN a BUSINESS of ANY KIND LET ALONE a TELECOMMUNICATIONS COMPANY

They took managers and upper leaders that have been there 30 plus years, and laid them off. Replaced them with little people with big egos that think they can do it better than TWC. All they saw was a cash cow. They lied about services, killed other services because they couldn't support them in their original footprint. Upper leadership in Charter are ignorant, uneducated, and inexperienced, and have no business running a communications company. They need to start with running a check-out line first.

I agree on the mismanagement. I was forced to work a 10 hour day and get paid for 8. I was told that if I complained, they would get someone else to take my place. How sweet. If you work out in the field, you do NOT get a real lunch period. If you are found out to be the complainer, your out. This place has recently gone through a reorg. All long term employees are all but gone now. This place needs a strong union such as the IBEW to come in and put things on a fair playing field. ALL company vehicles have GPS in the vehicles. If you don't believe me, take a look at the company vehicles that roll BEFORE 8:00am. WORK STARTS AT 8:00am. These people are dressed up criminals. They will go to ANY length to scare you in to doing it there way. I'm SO glad I left this BOZO place.

This company is very mismanaged. Largely due to management with nothing past High school
