What can you say about your current lead in Sperrytech(LMWD/DD/A&T)?

All are useless highpaid uncapable no brainers who only knows how to approve timesheet.

I hope their direct managers would be aware of their incompetence. Everything is going downhill

even all the engineers under these leads are smart and capable. if its lead is just an a** licking bu€€sh!t nothings gonna happen.

Yes indeed, it is mucho interesting to see how many of our employees reveal themselves to be functionally illiterate, BUT, I guess that proves that "you get what you pay for".

Or, maybe that is what Human Resources and management actively seek out, the un-educated peasant who is quite content to avoid having to think for himself, and thus does not question why management sees fit to kcuf him, or her, over at every opportunity.

Good management, and Halliburton 'management' are diametrically opposed.

Halliburton top people need to listen to the offshore work force as my manager totally out of touch with all see the table is turning for the better and what will happen is that many feed up people shall move on for the better rewards firstly pay most importantly and and conditions it is very shocking what halliburton pay people offshore and worse than that having young men offshore and paying them peanuts for titles like operation assistant and all the rest cheap labour let's get shot of more managers and get people on board that can have a relationship with aberdeen guys lack of leadership investment and finally pay rises and oh course why is it that supv have been waiting 6 years to get there grade up oh still waiting see what happens when your not a blue eye boy

There's no logic in paying billions for old technology as it'll be obsolete in no time. Not everyone is willing to throw shedloads of cash down the crapper.

This is absolutely correct, Halliburton couldn't even attract ANY offers for the PSLs, and the technology that they were required to divest themselves of as part of the BHI takeover.

Really says a lot about the quality and modernization of the technology, when Halliburton couldn't even attract the interest of third and fourth tier oilfield service companies, who were looking to upgrade their own service capabilities.

Way to go, Uncle Dave, BUT YOU MANAGED TO LINE YOUR POCKETS from the fiasco, correct?

HY, WW were given double promotion even though the management knows they are incapable and have no significant contribution. They are leading the teams anyhow for the last few years and survived the downturn. I think the HAL management loves them for what they are. Definitely they are serving the purpose of the HAL management....

Been working with HY and WW for long time... fact is: both couldn't do design validation (FEA) and managing project properly.

can they truly design and improve our equipment? as our tool reliability is in their hands...

before it's too late, higher management should rethink twice to trust DD and MWD tool development with these two...
