Our plant brings in hired grads from college.. lead guys have to train them how to do there job.. 18 months there gone... why not promote within and give employees something to look forward to.. not just get passed up by a 25 year old because they got a piece of paper..

I agree, learn to spell.
I do know how to spell and not hating college grads as I am a college grad
You are not above others without a piece of paper.
I'm sorry but it does matter......stop hating on college grads and learn how to spell/construct good grammar
I have a degree but work experience is more valuable . Many people with degrees are not grammar experts.
Just because a word wasn't used correctly doesn't mean they cannot do the job. I too am frustrated with the same thing. I am good enough to train people, but cannot apply for the position without a degree. It is sad that an RSR with 20 years isn't qualified for a SDL position in the companies eyes.
It's "their" and "they're gone" not "there"......and you wonder why they hire college graduates. You can't even construct a simple sentence.
Companies bring in immigrants, you complain......they bring in US college graduates, you complain - SMH!!!
