What gets me is all the bad talking specifically about those that have left and blaming them for everything from schedule delays to bathroom toilet paper. I wonder why any of those employees have not complained about this violation of their severance agreement. Defamation of Character, but that is the leadership style of some, blame others, divert attention to others as long as it works to survive. Anyone from Leadership Listening you need to get this undercontrol, it's unprofessional for us that are still at the company and doesn't make us feel good when our friends that are no longer at the company are bad mouthed by leadership in meetings, can we be above this behavior and just get the job done...... I have no doubt when I leave my name will be mud,.....
no one cares, why even bring this stuff up, the company leadership doesn't care to enforce it's rules and procedures unless if means letting you go without severance, last count at Waco is 860 employees well, we have 800 more to go is all it means, keep that stock rolling CK, who cares on how it gets done, for me I am grabbing my turkey and working on the resume over the holidays.

if you report something to NYC they kick it back to the division and basically say "fix your s*&t" and send us a report of what you did. .so how ya think that usually plays out. Yeah. Grab yer ankles.

recommend that if you have information to this fact that you immediately let NYC Ethics know, this is a serious allegation that should be followed up on or you can go to Jim Gibson and let him know and follow up in confidence. Either way you should report to be investigated.

The big EP couldn't keep his freak (CFO of CAC) on a leash so she wined and dined some of the management below her, for some exchanges of s-xual attention. WT was guilty along with RL of these acts also.
