No focal next month.Fake news as usual.
Every site have their own politics team among them ..and mainly used to get Vss payment before from their last employment. What i saw most of them not work for the benefits of the Seagate, let see next is it true with my statment soon.

I suspect between the cuts and improvement in sales outlook thanks to flash ramping about as well as dead goat, those of us left will be reaping the benefits for several quarters.
I guess I'm going to have to start pulling my weight if I want a slice of the pie.
I disagree. The Individual Contributors I know used to be very good managers and were pushed aside because they didn't play along with silly decisions by incompetent directors or brown nose their way through meetings (would actually challenge other managers for ideas that made no sense). I've watched this management selection behavior occur over and over and I feel it's one of the biggest weaknesses with Seagate in my 25 years.

Yes, as an individual contributor, as like every individual contributor, we bring everyone down. It's the opportunity to deny others promotions, focal increases and to continue to watch your friends escorted from the building during RIF season (quarterly financials). Oh the power of the individual contributor.
Only a director could have made a comment like that. If you had any real morals or ethics, you would be transparent with those IC's rather than protect the package you are waiting for.
I have not received anything in more than 4 years now. I'll believe a raise when I see it. Sea gate doesn't give raises.

Leave. I got 30%, better work, better working conditions. Managers that are manager, not HR shills. "Focal on your future" Seagate will not. I was passed over multiple times with multiple high ratings. Place is a giant turd hole.
