Had a salesman say at install that we as techs are supposed to network cpu's. Anyone here networking computers too?

Really? So with samsungs they never stopped at 99 percent on download. They didn't have a message that said updating channels randomly. If the account was built in the wrong hub you would never get them to work. If the account was built in the wrong corp channels would be all over the place. Never had problems with sa boxes either? Never watched a 4200 hd sit there for an hour or so and do its firmware update just to provision it and find out the box is bad? You guys tout that your a bunch of strong grown men but you sound like a bunch of 5 year olds
There is a huge diffrence between samsungs an labox. Even new samsungs were a plug an play. Not you need to be a magician to turn it on an pray to the cable gods tgere is no outage an tgat minis pair. Not the same animal

Not saying anything is good but do you not remember how much of a mess Samsung boxes were when we first got them or how bad Sony boxes were? Anything new ALWAYS has issues
