People Just got laid off under RIF, seems to be Honeywell's no 1 policy regarding employees. In all honesty, I think those who got fired are better off than those who remain in the company and anxiously await the already announced 'alignment of benefits with HON policy' (aka reduction) while at the same time living in fear of more RIFs Q1 or Q2 next year. Never before seen employees hire lawyers to sue employer. I wish all the remainers lots of courage. 10 people fired, a five-fold have quit their jobs themselves, leaving the company crippled. Way to go talent powerhouse. Game on!

Mr. Game-On and his Mumbai Indian butt buddy with a UD PHD were and are a total joke and the worst managers and most arrogant individuals I ever experienced in my life! What a bunch of incompetent yes men willing to do anything to advance their careers. They were not fit or capable to manage anything and hired and surrounded himself with others with the same attitudes and business practices. They destroyed almost every business or project they touched and demotivated nearly everyone and employee in their presence, by their self servicing actions and lack of business acumen. If a project was successful it was because the employees were able to do a end around to make it successful and then the two of them would take credit for any and all successes. Anyone that actually knew what was going on would gag listening to them report out activities to senior management. It was all one big lie and deception to whom they reported. They were so arrogantand self serving that they intentionally distroyed and undermined everyone’s efforts around them, because he felt threaten by or the fact that someone else might get credit for a success or win, which always alluded him in all their own effects. They appeared to get personal pleasure destroying people with their self serving actions, tactics and deceptions. Their main goal was take credit for any and all successes and blame others for failure and their misguided direction and mandates. Never saw two people so threaten by other success and hard work, maybe they thought they might be exposed for their lack of a work ethic, integrity and competence. Nancy should have fired them during their first 90-day employment trial period, for harassment, discrimination and criminal activities. Instead they were promoted. I never saw two men doing so much harm to a business or its employees for their own personal gain and demontic enjoyment. Unfortunately this pattern still continues to be repeated to no avail and these worse practices are extolled on poor defenseless employees try to grow the business and make the numbers. It’s just simply sad to say the least.
Where were these people RIFed? you mention game on so I assume it was under that Fat F*** Terry's HBT. I don't blame tubby for killing HBT but he certainly isn't capable of turning it around. No idea RIFs started there yet. I figured they would use the Homes business buildout as an excuse.
