That’s right! TMP is getting jacked up to $13 a month starting in 18. That’s an absolute disgrace and a shameful act. And the much vaunted “Multi” TMP is shooting up to $39. It’s quite clear this company is only interested in blessing things dry before the sun goes down. 2018 could be Verizon’s last year.

Love it when customers go in to the store and escalate and want to speak with a GM they all run to the back, and or make a lie that they are in a “meeting” or have to go. They don’t want to face the music from the lies their sales people fees the customers
This company should take a look at these "Store Management employees " and their DM's they are are complicit in the retail downfall. I have never seen retail management work less hours during the busy holiday season and never work a Sunday ( just to show leadership)like it's not a important sales day . The attitude is" I've slammed the customers now I can run this store like a middle aged fiefdom. I'm all powerful, I'm the boss don't lead by example. Micromanage the people I don't like, I have 12 employees, I m so dumb I'll run the store like I have 45 employees like 2 years ago. Verizon get out of retail!
GMS are worthless here in the WC my GM has a 3 day weekend 2x a Month with the day after Christmas being one of them.
Our GM told us, oh wait a minute! He's having another 3 day weekend.
Our gm said that all exisiting $11 tmp will automatically switch to the $13. Customers are getting notified on their bill about the hike
I heard from a little bird that it will be higher in price but have $0 deductible
And that's part of the reason why you don't go with the most expensive, yet not best performing, wireless carrier.
Step 1: complain when prices are raised to make more money or cover higher phone costs.
Step 2: complain about layoffs when profits decline.

I had a system error 2 weeks ago where TMP Charged my customer $13.00 a month instead of the normal $11.00 We then called our DM who stated this would never happen and it was simply a system error. I call that BS! Verizon is just looking to Nickel and Dime our Customers. There are lots of third party insurance companies customers can go with for a one time fee and 0 deductible. Verizon is simply getting GREEDY!! Another reason they are pushing TMP is because it includes tech coach which costs Verizon 0.00 to operate since assurion is taking care of the tech support. This means they are slowly taking jobs away at our call center from Tech support reps!
Yes, I am sure that Verizon will go out of business in 2018. Happens all the time with companies with market cap of $200+B
Bet they slam the account so the cust has no clue til the bill comes. Good way to do business!
