Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

Small bonus

If you got a bonus this quarter for Customer Service scores and it was smaller than previous ones it's because they used our bonus money to pay fines. This company is falling apart more and more each day. Why are we paying the bill and not the guys making billions?

Might want to start looking for new jobs it's getting ugly.

I worked in call center for over 7 years and never received bonus. I asked around and only managers receive them. I was promoted to Analyst, but they could not afford to give me raise. I waited 4 months to receive it without retroactive pay. During that time I was asked to work 10 hour days and one day they told me to leave. "YOU NEED TO GO!". So I started packing up my desk. Manager said, "what are you doing?" "You're not fired, we just can't afford to pay you" "You need to come back in to finish late shift". I was escorted out and came back like a dummy. It was during the recession. I made $11+ and hour. I had to leave building for 1hr and 1/2. Less than $20 bucks. What a dump!

Bonuses at WF are corrupt I had a creature there cheat me on a bonus because I exceeded expectations, therefore my bonus was reduced because the result was even better than expected. They are are corrupted perverts.

if I don’t get my bonus, I’m leaving. I’m working harder than ever defending this company and it’s been difficult morally to support this place. But small,or no bonus would be the thing that pushes me out of here.

The customer service is bogus it includes neutral ratings in the overall score for customer service it is a sham when all data states neutral ratings should have no impact on the score look at the customer service section

Anyone that watched the Phoenix town hall had to be scared of this executive management team. Theyy look like the rookie team up their not an experienced and competent management team. We will see more people leave by firing or just giving up as the chuck wagon burns to the ground.

The low level employees are financing the operations of the company. Very soon employees are to be mandated to hold bake sales using their own money and give their earnings to WF to keep it running.
