So much for all for one and one for all. Just proves that the executive office does not care. Instead of cutting overhead costs. Which it is very clear that the businesses cannot support, they add more overhead costs. Just curious how many of the executives are doing more with less? Less help, less pay and less support. Poor decisions, poor strategies and poor direction.

This company is too top heavy. Get rid of a few of the IT personnel (really 7 VP/Directors), or the redundant regional managers and Group VP's. Maybe they could actually pay the people in the stores. Novel idea!!!
On a call with analysts and investors, Bed Bath and Beyond CEO Steve Temares outlined it's initiatives. This include adopting the company's first chief technology officer and establishing a project management office.
Follett's ex CIO is that chief technology officer, who when he started at Follett cut the PMO down to nothing.
