I've been with CTL for a while. In the past few years one thing has become apparent: this company has no proper plan for the future.
It's mostly on the upper management. They've been in turmoil for a while now which made them incapable of either formulating a proper plan for the future or following through with what they do come up with.
They've shown again and again that their focus is first and foremost on the widget when it should be on their customers and employees.
They really need to finally come up with a plan for the future of the company that will be focused on customers and they need to start treating their employees better. We are the best resource CTL has, they need to recognize that.
