Anyone else see that sick hours from last year aren't showing up in e charge as carry over, just this year's new balance?

Here at Aero Deer Valley, eCharge is showing carry over hrs. Mine unused from 2017 is now showing. Must have just happened because it was not there Tuesday.
Policy manual says up to 7 days would carry over, max. you could have at any time is 14 days. But the HR direct does not show this. Not sure why. Doesn't matter to me, I just got laid off. Probably just another thing that is screwed up with Honeywell.
It carried over today after paychecks were processed
The presentation materials said some number of hours would carry over
It varies per the state you live in
Also once you hit the maximum in the bank you can't carry over more
The details are in HR Direct
I don’t think there was ever mention it would carry over.
