Buy profitable company.

Run off the people that made the profitable company.

S--- the profits out of the profitable company.

Choke the once profitable company with corporate mandates.

Demand the once profitable company buy things they don’t need, like SAP.

Transfer the work from the once profitable company to WACO.

Reorganize. Put the once profitable company under another once profitable company and label them under performing.

Sell the under performing company.

L3 has then successfully taken their golden goose, starved it and then screwed it.

Move on to next profitable company and repeat.

Total agree with comments good peoples let go they rather keep all the lazy slacker, sleep on the jobs, they rather keep those totally ignorance no clued with the jobs, just because they got out the military and because they held a special clearance they rather paid them high salary knowing they can't do the job get train by someone else because buddies buddies systems. No management, All about politic no work waste tax payer money.

I used to work for L3 greenville for 13 years, totally waste my time I am so glad that I left does me no good stays and working with a bunch of idiots, systems engineer group run by total idiots no idea what they doing. good peoples left people like me can't stand it and found a good jobs right away. those behind are the slacker lazy run the company down. if I have the power I would fire all upper manager from VP level down make lot of money does nothing trust me too many chief not enough indian.
