If you know both of these movies, you will start to understand what it is like to work here in claims. It is almost like upper management took their cues from these scripts, and said "hey, this is how it's done". Put everyone on a board, fire the bottom, and make everyone else work overtime. It's actually funny.

Looks like soon it will “Fun with D--k and Jane” in Bloomington!
...and now like “Hunger Games” too if you’re in Tacoma.
“So I was sitting in my cubicle today, and I realized, ever since I started working, every single day of my life has been worse than the day before it. So that means that every single day that you see me, that’s on the worst day of my life.”–Peter Gibbons
I did feel that way. For quite a long time I might add. Then I did something quite bold.
I stopped feeling sorry for myself
Packed up, sold my interests in this city
Took month off of work
Took a much less paying job
Became the employee I was before
And living happily ever after.
