Since everyone is talking about the director, she’s awful!! I think she is very childish, and does not care about her employees development! To start, this market has very weak DMs. I never see mine..ever. Now we have a new director, and she has never been to our store, probably because it’s going to close... Where is the leadership! It’s all about how many likes can I get on Instagram?!? When our old director was here he came into the store all the time, we knew exactly what was going on in the market! Now all we get is a cookie! Well, that’s what I see on Instagram..I believe that this hire was a pure we need diversity hire.. MC and JG....please help us. We need better leadership at the director level and DM level!!

The previous director won presidents cabinet twice! I have friends around the market that feel the same about the new director. I understand she is New, but does not present herself as a director. The ones that are defending her are the people that she promoted from her old region that act the same way.
All of these comments about dressing up and getting cookies are just out of control. If she didn't do this you all would've said... "Work s---s, everyone is miserable..blah blah blah..." But no,. instead you complain about fun. No one can win with people like you. Quick reminder to all you negative Nancy's out there no one is holding you hostage in your current job. But just ask yourself what you are really complaining about, the fact that someone came in and de-stressed our work environment. Give her a freaking high five and say thank you!

What’s even funny is how her Instagram profile is now private since the recent threads on this site. I can still see it but if you are not a follower you cannot. If there was nothing wrong nothing inappropriate going on then there would be no reason to hide.
DW the previous director was amazing. He gave direction and provided results. All she has done is give out gold stars and turn this place into an unprofessional work environment. Rap lyrics are ok at the club not in a professional work environment. Pajamas are worn to bed not by 27yr olds at work. The recent DM meeting over the holidays was a joke seeing my coworkers dressed up in a full reindeer outfit where you cannot even see his face and another wearing a green and red body suit. This is a place of employment not a club not a college frat party. This behavior is endorsed by the director and employees think going to work is a joke anymore.
She’s been here for how long and has hoe many stores? You do realize that she inherited these DM’s? The previous director allowed for that to happen.
Just because I’m curious, is it your position that you can’t be good at your job if others are not leading how you like them to? If that’s the case, you are in big trouble.
