Do you think Staples will pass along the tax cut bonuses they will be saving to employees? Maybe each get $1000 like all the other big companies.

Ps the only employees that got the prorated 1k were those that had been with Walmart over 20 years 😂 Needless to say I'm sure they didn't pay out too many bonuses of that size.
Can the stand up comedian who posted this please identify themselves?
Very wishful thinking! True that Walmart passed $1000 bonus to their employees but they simultaneously laid off 1000+ employees, between corporate and store closures
HAHAHAHAH. Someone is dreaming. Either that or forgot where they work.
Walmart hopes. This crap company is not a Walmart.
I'll miss this board after Staples is gone.
Hell no. To the no no no.
I hope your a troll - or else you have NO IDEA how this company operates.
If they do, it will come along with cuts in other areas like all the other big companies have done. Walmart closed a bunch of Sam's clubs on the same day they announced the bonus. Much more to do with the cost cutting than the tax savings. Most big companies already had low corporate tax rates by keeping profits off shore. The new tax structure isn't a huge win fall for companies with savvy tax departments.
They don't have Christmas parties?
