I love how Honeywell continually increases workload on employees while it keeps downsizing. It’s not like we’re sitting around twiddling our fingers with nothing to do. Now we have to finish our own work plus the work of all the people who have been laid off in one of many, many, layoff rounds.
I do have a radical idea, though. How about the company starts compensating us for all the extra time and effort we put in? Not to mention, all the stress of always having layoffs hanging over us? Yeah, didn’t think so.
