It's more like an entire business model built around slash and burn. They subsume MTSOs or install their software at hospitals, promising those MTs a job (to avoid letting them get unemployment), but then put them through a sieve that squeezes them out as fast as they were brought in. What dictations remain are those that are of such poor quality even our Indian partners won't do them. We would BEG to be laid off if we knew when these gluts of new people were coming in. Instead, they let us starve until we quit.
