Sad to see such a great company lose its most talented people all in the name of satisfying the hedge fund masters. No one seems to care new hires don't understand the core business. Bench seating, bastardized Agile processes, lack of direction from upper management -- all leading to record low morale among those left behind. And where are the management layoffs? There are way too many managers, directors, senior directors, and VPs, all busy promoting each other in case the company goes private and they need a golden parachute. Greed at its worst.
