higher mgmt forcing their associates to complete Cognizant Career Architecture (Role Development Plan) at the earliest to make this "CCA" program 100% success. But, none are ready to hear the associates concerns on it! just run run run.. i donno where all these will end up! The witty thing is that the timeframe for one assessment is 4 hrs..

Olden days for Cognizant is gone, these RDP or Role development plan or Cognizant Career architecture or CCA whatever they call it is a bogus, only created as a switch to ensure that when uncertainty happens in industry they switch on that button and let go of people with a reason that they have not cleared RDP's. It clearly shows that cognizant is been outrun by other vendors, can anyone even think with a basic mentality that having a associate complete a certification would make him/her compliant to start work within that arena, if that would have been the case I am sure they would not have recruited any people who are not from computers background.
WHat's "Cognizant Career Architecture" - I am in CILS and we do not have that
