There aren't many good things to say about CenturyLink, but there are so many bad I'm not sure where to start... Management is incompetent, biased, and useless... For example, they'll pick where to forward incoming calls, always choosing their favorites (often family and friends)... This makes it impossible for the rest of us to make sales quotas, through no fault of ours... Customers keep yelling at us - often with good reason - and we have to listen to them and then try to sell them internet that will probably cause even more aggravation for them... All the acquisitions have created toxic atmosphere where people developed them versus us mentality... Now add constant layoffs hanging over our heads to the mix... Yeah, it's time to look elsewhere...

Run for your life.... Sell your home if you reside in Monroe, LA. Word to the wise over 50. HR will roll your head to make room to hire the child of an executive. They will have you train them, and then give them your job!
