With layoffs, budget cuts and constant transitions occurring, no wonder we are at a loss of direction as a company. Management is constantly changing due to acquisitions and mergers. These changes have lead to a stressful environment with more work and less rewards.Many times it is difficult to stay focused on the task at hand because strategy and goals shift every few months.
There is a lack of vision and no set of core values for such a huge corporation. Any direction we have been steered towards never gains traction due to constant changes. A long term strategy needs to be implemented and adhered too. Base decisions on this direction and where you want your teams to head towards in regards to projects and meeting deadlines and maybe we'll start to go in the right direction.
