Pay cuts confirmed

Emails and letters going out this week from BHGE confirms 10% pay cut with more reduancys forcast for next 6 months.

It's all down hill from here.

Aberdeen is terrible now it's always been bad but the last few years has got so bad its no wonder were losing so much money and contracts.

No one cares at all about any jobs from start to finish, we have weekly tool failuers, offshore guys messing up, losing contracts, managers not taking calls or answering emails if you need support or advise. So much back stabbing it's like being at school. 80% of the staff are looking for work as it's just so bad.

The place is a joke and how we still have any work amazes me with what you see and hear day to day in the office. Lies told to clients and staff daily to cover up so many mistakes. Lost contracts and work it's embarrassing.

Where is this info coming from? Which location r u guys in??? If tools dont work report it. U bring the change u want. U take leadership. .do u want to just time pass or take challenge up and fix things?

No life now working for BHGE it's a total mess. Oncall 24/7 treated like dogs and keep gettimg told your lucky to have a job.

Tools don't work, office and mangers have no idea and keep losing contracts so what's the point.

No one is happy that I work with they all hate it.

This is what happens when you put idiots in charge of Aberdeen offices. Compensation package is now more than 50% less than 2016 level.
